By accessing and using the Rock My Soul Wellness Retreat website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Rock My Soul Wellness Retreat offers wellness services including but not limited to:

• Group workshops and retreats (sound baths, cacao ceremonies, forest bathing, drum circles, reiki, moon ceremonies)
• One-on-one energy healing sessions
• One-on-one quantum healing sessions
• Intuitive readings
• Seasonal ceremonies

3. Booking and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of our events.
• Purchases can be gifted to another person or carried over towards another event.
• Cancellations may occur due to weather, as our events are held outdoors. In the event that weather does not cooperate, we will cancel the event and you will receive a credit to use towards another event. We do not issue refunds in these cases.
• No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling unless arranged in advance.

Our services are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. You participate in all sessions at your own risk.
